The Paul Robeson Cultural Center, better known as the PRCC, is located on the ground floor of the HUB-Robeson Center in the middle of University Park campus. The center has been home to various minority groups on campus since 1972 but moved into the HUB building in 1999.

The PRCC primarily is known to students as a space for people of color on Penn State’s campus for studying, leisure, and hosting events while providing programs and support services for the groups the center hosts such as the Blue and White POC Pep Rally.
With regular community activities, a Student Liaison Advisory Board, and housing the BLUEprint peer mentoring program, the center has become the home for the multicultural community at Penn State, helping students feel welcome and part of something bigger than themselves.
